AI & Privacy Notice
This notice explains the information stored and used across Dream Bridge and the overseas transfer involved in its AI features.
Information processed
A real name is not required, but Dream Bridge does not store only a nickname. The following information is stored or used for participation and program operation.
- Little PM We store a random browser identifier, selected language, nickname, interests, strengths, dream, reason for the dream, intended beneficiaries, target year, first action, selected content and jobs, Dream Map answers about now, three years, ten years and success, mentor or administrator comments, and creation or update times.
- Mentor journals and photos We store journal text, language and time, attached photos and file information (original filename, format, file size and dimensions), and the author IP address.
- AI features We process a random browser identifier, language, chats and responses, dream, selected gender, optional face photo, generated image, and the status and time of guardian confirmation and overseas-transfer consent.
- Access and security logs We store the IP address, role or API type, and time of login attempts and AI requests to protect the service and enforce usage limits.
Overseas transfer to the paid Google Gemini API
Only when a user chooses Dream Counseling, Korean Learning, or Dream Image is the information below transferred overseas through encrypted HTTPS API communication. The random Dream Bridge browser identifier is not included in Gemini requests.

- Destination countries
- South Korea, Singapore, the United States, and countries where Google or its subprocessors maintain facilities. Google paid-service terms do not guarantee one fixed processing country.
- Timing and method
- Each time a student requests an AI response or image, the data is sent over the internet using encrypted HTTPS API communication.
- Data transferred
- Chat input and recent conversation context, selected language, dream, selected gender, optional face photo, and the response or image generated by Google
- Purpose
- Generating AI responses and images, detecting and preventing policy violations, maintaining service security and reliability, and meeting legal obligations
- Google retention
- Google may retain prompts, context, and output for up to 55 days to detect and prevent policy violations. Activity flagged by safety systems may be reviewed by authorized Google personnel.
- Basis and safeguards
- The transfer is based on overseas-transfer consent obtained after notice to a guardian and processing entrusted for delivery of the AI service. Google’s Data Processing Addendum and subprocessor protections apply to paid services.
- How to refuse and effect
- A user may return to the student menu from the AI consent screen without agreeing. Little PM and general content remain available, but Dream Counseling, Korean Learning, and Dream Image cannot be used.
AI data storage and deletion
Chats and responses are kept for up to 90 days, image generation records and results for up to 30 days, and rate-limit logs for up to 2 days. An uploaded face photo is deleted from this server immediately after processing. Consent records may be kept for up to 3 years.
Access, deletion, and withdrawal
Requests to access, correct, delete, restrict processing, or withdraw consent may be made to the assigned mentor, program operator, or privacy contact below. AI materials created in this browser can be deleted immediately with the button below.
Deletes chats, generation records, and uploaded or generated images. A minimal consent record may be retained for up to 3 years as proof.
